Valid drivers license and able to pass an MVR background check. A well-groomed, friendly, and outgoing demeanor. Ability to work independently and stay focused on tasks with minimal supervision. Proven team player who collaborates effectively with colleagues to deliver shared goals. Background in customer service or event planning preferred. Available to work weekends and holidays. Comfortable and engaged when working with electronic equipment and handling email communication. English fluency required; additional language considered an asset. What you will be doing: Assist international guests through digital self-service and sales tools. Proactively contact and engage with guests, provide guidance, support, and personalized assistance. Manage guest concerns, including demanding guests and high‑conflict situations. Confidently engage and build rapport with guests from diverse cultural backgrounds. Use product knowledge and storytelling to inspire guests to make decisions that elevate their overall holiday experience. Promote and sell relevant products, services, and experiences that enhance guests' holidays Proactively upsell excursions, activities, and upgrades in a friendly informative, and guest-focused manner. What we provide: Weekly pay at $19 per hour. Monthly gas allowance when travelling the required distance for work related duties. Commission on excursions and ticket sales. iPad & uniform provided. Paid training. Holiday Pay - Extra $2.00 pay per hour on selected company holidays. Referral Bonus - Unlimited referral of a Friend or Family Member earns you $100.00. 401K Retirement Plan - Auto enrollment at 4% after 60 days actively working.
