Job Description: About the Program Office of the COO (OCOO) PREP Professional Readiness & Excellence Program (PREP) 12–24 Month Rotational Program | High‑Potential Early Career Talent The PREP program is an early‑career accelerator within the Office of the Chief Operating Officer (OCOO). Designed for recent graduates with high potential, this program offers rotations across the core OCOO functional areas, giving graduates broad exposure, impactful project experience, leadership visibility, and a fast‑paced development environment. This immersive experience will expose you to a broad spectrum of strategic and financial disciplines, preparing you for a permanent placement in a team that aligns with your strengths and interests. This program aims to attract, develop, and retain early‑career talent, preparing them to become the next generation of OCOO leaders. Who We're Looking For As an OCOO PREP Rotational Graduate, you will work on strategic, operational, and transformational initiatives across multiple OCOO teams. You will gain hands‑on experience in service excellence, operations transformation, digital strategy, process engineering, customer delivery, financial analysis and insight generation, and executive‑level program management. We’re seeking high-potential graduates who are: Strategic, forward‑thinking, and resourceful Strong on interpersonal awareness Quick to adapt to an always-changing industry Ready to excel in a fast‑paced development environment Rotation Areas May Include: Process & Operations Transformation Digital Strategy OCOO Strategy & Operations Service Excellence APJ, NA, LATAM, EMEA Service Excellence Embedded Financing What You'll Gain You will be part of a global PREP cohort with: Formal onboarding Assigned mentors Soft‑skills and leadership training Monthly check‑ins and development assessments End-of-project reporting and executive presentations You will participate in rotations, across different teams in the OCOO organization, being assigned to specific projects with goal setting and clear metrics of accomplishments through the duration of your stay. Upon graduation after the 1–2-year program, you would be a candidate to be assigned to a final placement based on your performance, skills developed, profile preference, and business needs. This end‑to‑end structure differentiates PREP as a strategic talent pipeline for OCOO.

Requirements

  • Recent graduate (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Business, Finance, Engineering, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, IT, or related fields.
  • Ability to work with cross‑functional teams across global time zones.
  • Demonstrated leadership capability through internships, student leadership, or project work.
  • High learning agility, self‑drive, and adaptability.
  • Outstanding written & verbal English communication

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with process analysis, financing operations, digital tools, workflow mapping, AI or automation.
  • Internship experience in financial institutions, operations, strategy, digital, or customer‑facing roles (strongly preferred given PREP’s rotation opportunities).
