Requirements

• Experienced (minimum two years of job-related experience)

Nice To Haves

• EDUCATION: High School Diploma or GED
• Coursework in medical/psychiatric terminology.
• Experience using an Electronic Medical Record (EMR).

Responsibilities

• Create a warm and welcoming environment by offering a friendly greeting and assisting clients and visitors with their needs.
• Follow agency scheduling guidelines to maintain and manage appointments efficiently.
• Perform patient registration tasks, including scheduling appointments, updating demographics, and handling client accounts.
• Maintain professional communication standards by answering phone calls promptly, courteously, and professionally. Return voicemail messages promptly.
• Screen calls, take messages, and provide accurate information, including details about client appointments.
• Update billing information, process payments, and manage client records to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
• Keep the lobby entrance tidy and appealing, promptly alerting housekeeping or maintenance for additional needs.
• Provide direction and wayfinding assistance to clients and visitors, ensuring they navigate the premises with ease.
