The Customer Service Field Representative performs all field functions involving direct customer interaction at premises, starting from the curb stop/box through the service line and the meter. This includes all reading devices, pits, boxes, various types of meter readings, incidental or emergency meter investigations, collections, settings, changing, field testing for flow and/or pressure, testing, service shut-offs, high bill investigations, and frozen meter repairs.
