We are seeking a customer service–driven professional and strong communicator to support and proactively engage with our small business members (contractors and flooring store owners), ensuring timely updates and efficient coordination of job assignments related to insurance program participation. In addition to great benefits, a fabulous work environment and a super-collaborative, friendly team, CCA Global Partners offers a hybrid work schedule with opportunity to work remotely Mondays and Fridays and in-office Tuesdays through Thursdays after an initial in office training period of approximately 90 days.
