As a Customer Service Engineer I, you will be responsible for servicing AX/XP Imaging Equipment in the Denver, CO area. This role involves installing, servicing, maintaining, and modifying Siemens' imaging equipment at customer sites, ensuring optimal system performance and superior customer satisfaction. You will manage financial performance within your territory, meeting or exceeding budget for revenue generation, expense control, and inventory management.

Requirements

• Minimum high school diploma, Technical Degree or equivalent experience.
• 1-2+ years of field service experience is desired.
• Proficient in the use of tools and service test equipment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to travel and provide service in assigned geography.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge and experience performing service, preventative maintenance, and modifications on Medical Imaging Equipment.
• Experience in testing, repairing, and maintaining capital medical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Service AX/XP Imaging Equipment in the Denver, CO area.
• Install, service, maintain, and modify Siemens' imaging equipment at customer sites.
• Deliver timely and effective repairs and adequate training of operators.
• Manage financial performance within the territory, including revenue generation and expense control.
• Establish and maintain proper business relationships with customers and peers.
• Perform necessary administrative duties accurately.
