As a Customer Service Engineer II, you will be responsible for servicing MR/CT Imaging Equipment in the St. Louis, MO area. You will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing and performing preventative maintenance on all Siemens Healthcare systems at customer sites with minimal supervision. You will manage financial performance within your territory, meeting or exceeding budget for revenue generation, expense control and inventory management. You will manage company assets to include a company car, cell phone, computer, tools, inventory parts, etc. Establish and maintain proper business relationships with customers and peers, as well as performing necessary administrative duties accurately.

Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma; technical Associates Degree or equivalent preferred.
  • 3+ years' experience as a medical technologist or field service engineer servicing diagnostic instruments.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record.
  • Proficient in the use of tools and service test equipment.
  • Ability to work both individually and in an established team setting.
  • Proficiency in necessary network applications and tools (eVO, mButler, MS Office applications, Concur, NAM Customer Service website).
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • General understanding of the principles of electricity, power supplies, and grounding.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in testing, repairing and maintaining capital medical equipment.
  • Strong competency in instrument systems technology including mechanics, electrical, chemistry, and software technology.
  • Experience with electronics, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
