About The Position

The Customer Service Dispatcher at Arrow Plumbing Services, LLC is responsible for providing administrative support and serving as the first point of contact for customers, guests, and employees. Requirements

• Proven work experience as an Office Assistant, Customer Support, Dispatcher, or in Scheduling.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and solid computer skills.
• Hands-on experience with office equipment such as copiers and printers.
• Ability to work as a team player and multitask effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in customer service within plumbing, construction, or similar service environments.
• Bilingual skills, preferably in English and Spanish.
• Additional computer skills beyond Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Answer and manage a multi-line phone system, screening calls and taking messages.
• Provide accurate information to customers in-person, via phone, and email.
• Schedule plumbing services and reschedule service calls as needed.
• Collect payments over the phone from customers for services rendered.
• Coordinate with technicians regarding their schedules and parts requirements.
• Dispatch service calls effectively, ensuring timely responses.
• Manage service billings and track past due accounts, following up as necessary.
• Apply for permits and schedule inspections as required.
• Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and faxing.
• Maintain a positive customer service attitude and communicate effectively.
