About The Position

Requirements

• Prior front line/customer service or previous sales experience preferred.
• Results driven with proven success in goal achievement.
• Basic math skills preferred.
• Computer proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute Acquisition 365, renewing, upgrading, and cross-selling BJ's Loyalty Programs.
• Handle merchandise returns, exchanges, pick-ups, and general customer service inquiries.
• Provide excellent and efficient member service.
• Support the application of club policies, procedures, and compliance.
• Act with honesty and integrity, addressing member concerns and escalating as appropriate.
• Ensure a safe and positive environment for members and team members.
• Deliver service excellence through all points of contact with members.
• Resolve and deescalate member concerns in a courteous and timely manner.
• Maintain visible accurate signage and ensure cleanliness and organization of the club.
• Understand and access production and/or financial performance reporting for the department.
