About The Position

The Customer Service Delivery Driver at Carvana is responsible for delivering vehicles directly to customers' homes, ensuring a seamless and memorable car-buying experience. This role requires a strong customer service focus, physical stamina, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends. The position offers opportunities for performance-based pay increases and involves both driving and physical tasks related to vehicle handling.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including detailing vehicles and loading/unloading vehicles.
• Ability to walk/stand and sustain physical activity for extended periods (8+ hours).
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Ability to perform high and low levels of movement, including reaching, twisting, kneeling, crouching, climbing, balancing, and squatting.
• Ability to grasp, carry, lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity for frequent driving.

Responsibilities

• Deliver vehicles straight to customers' doors using custom car haulers.
• Load and unload vehicles onto the hauler, ensuring safe handling and inspection of the vehicle.
• Complete customer paperwork and maintain thorough notes in the customer tracking system.
• Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record in accordance with Carvana's CMV Driver Qualification policy.
• Obtain a Notary in the local jurisdiction within the first 90 days of employment, as sponsored by Carvana.
• Satisfy state-specific requirements related to access DMV/title and registration systems.
