About The Position

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including loading/unloading vehicles.
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Ability to sustain physical activity for extended periods (8+ hours).
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and be at least 21 years of age.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with vehicle delivery processes.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver vehicles straight to customers' doors using custom car haulers.
  • Load and unload vehicles onto the hauler, ensuring safety and efficiency.
  • Complete customer paperwork and maintain thorough notes in the customer tracking system.
  • Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record in accordance with Carvana's policies.
  • Inspect the car hauler regularly to ensure it is safe to drive.
