About The Position

Requirements

• At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including loading/unloading vehicles.
• Ability to walk, stand, and sustain physical activity for extended periods (8+ hours).
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity for frequent driving.

• Familiarity with vehicle delivery processes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver vehicles straight to customers' doors using custom car haulers.
• Load and unload vehicles onto the hauler, ensuring safety and compliance.
• Complete customer paperwork and maintain thorough notes in the customer tracking system.
• Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record according to Carvana's policies.
• Obtain a Notary certification within the first 90 days of employment.
• Satisfy state-specific requirements related to DMV/title and registration systems.
