About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service & Technical Advisor - Crown & Denture Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on managing client relationships, particularly with dentists, and providing support for treatment planning and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in handling crown and denture cases and a thorough understanding of digital dentistry.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a dental lab technical advisor.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Extensive experience in handling crown and denture cases.
• Thorough understanding of digital dentistry.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships with dentists and provide support for treatment planning.
• Assist dentists with indications and contraindications of materials, problem-solving, and troubleshooting their cases.
• Perform adjustments, repairs, relines, or rebases of dentures as needed.
• Handle customer support and administrative tasks, including answering client phone calls, case entry, invoicing, and shipping.
• Build trust and confidence in our laboratory within our clients.
• Resolve complaints from dentists and follow up to ensure client satisfaction.
• Meet with lab supervisors to provide feedback from dentists.
