About The Position

The Customer Service Counselor is responsible for performing the necessary duties to ensure that patient accounts are resolved in a timely manner. This role requires a strong understanding of medical billing practices and the ability to communicate effectively with patients and other stakeholders.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in the medical field preferred.
  • Knowledge of admitting/registration processes.
  • Understanding of receivables management and billing regulations.
  • Familiarity with insurance benefit calculations and contracts.
