Primary Objective / Scope: Receive and process customer requests for print related services at Xerox's Indianapolis Reprographics & Digital Imaging Center (RDIC) REQUIREMENTS: * General understanding of computer technology, including Microsoft Office and Adobe * Outstanding interpersonal communication skills * Mental skills for problem-solving, written and verbal communication, information comprehension, acuity, teaching, and ability to work well with others * Typing near or above 40 wpm * Ability to lift 30 pounds chest high PREFERRED Skills: * Ability to interpret customer instructions to effectively produce production work orders for customer print, scanning or supply requests * Strong attention to detail, with good organization and multi-tasking skills * The ability to carefully handle and manage multiple customer orders simultaneously * The ability to prioritize multiple projects to meet respective deadlines * The ability to work independently under deadline, and adapt to change * A willingness to learn new skills * Previous work experience in a print-for-pay retail environment SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: * Receive customer orders via face-to-face, email, website or phone, and enter orders into a data processing system * Create work orders for print or scanning services, and printer supplies, for customer pick up or delivery * Produce quotes for customer requested services or supplies * Accurately invoice processed work orders * Prepare customer documents for the digital imaging process * Check physical documents for quality issues that may complicate the scan process * Prepare a wide array of document types and conditions for scanning * Name/Index digital files according to naming mechanisms outlined by the customer and/or RDIC leadership, along with additional post-imaging services * Other duties as required to meet business needs #LI-JQ1 #LI-Onsite
