The next step in your career starts here… Permanent, full time position Monday to Friday – 7-to-3, 8-to-4, or 9-to-5 Grow your career at Coates! As the first point of contact for customers at Coates Belmont your number one goal will be to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service with their equipment solutions. You’ll enjoy variety in your role including: Addressing customer needs in person, by phone and email Generating hire schedules, quotes, and invoicing Coordinating equipment deliveries, transfers, pick-ups, repairs & breakdowns You may also occasionally need to assist customers and colleagues in the yard with loading equipment
Requirements
- Previous face-to-face customer service experience
- A desire to provide amazing customer experience
- General computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Capability to learn and absorb technical information
- If you’ve got an interest in the construction, mining, or engineering industries, then we can teach you everything you need to know about equipment hire
Responsibilities
- Addressing customer needs in person, by phone and email
- Generating hire schedules, quotes, and invoicing
- Coordinating equipment deliveries, transfers, pick-ups, repairs & breakdowns
- Assist customers and colleagues in the yard with loading equipment
