The Global Customer Service Coordinator I provides administrative and order management support for global customer accounts as well as internal sites within the Cooling Tower division. This role is responsible for accurate order entry, assisting the coordination of international shipments, and day-to-day communication between customers and internal departments including Global Customer Service, Shipping, Production, and Procurement. The Coordinator I ensures timely processing of orders, maintains accurate system data, and supports cross-functional communication to meet customer expectations. The employee may perform other related duties as required to support the ongoing needs of the organization.
