About The Position

The Customer Service Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring that customers receive the highest level of service and support. This position serves as a liaison between customers and the organization, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and facilitating effective communication.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or related field and five 5+ years of experience in the food industry and 0-1 years of supervisory experience
  • Three (3) years or more administrative-type experience working with customers.
  • Fully bilingual (Spanish-English)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel, Power Point and Outlook
  • Demonstrated proficiency in other software programs such as WEB ordering systems
  • Demonstrated problem – solving skills
  • Detail-oriented, conscientious, and able to work independently
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Proven ability to multi-task effectively and produce accurate, timely results in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day functions of restaurant services, including market communications, inventory control, and promotional activities, while acting as a liaison between centralized customer service, purchasing, and automated restaurant ordering systems for distribution center operations
  • Develop and cascade customer communications, including newsletters, guides, new processes, and contingency plans
  • Own credit and claims processes for the Distribution Center
  • Collaborate with the Inventory Control Specialist to investigate inventory variances
  • Establish and maintain connections with restaurant managers, vendors, and personnel in field office positions within the local market
  • Act as a liaison between the customer, the Supply Chain Manager, and the Distribution Center
  • Facilitate alignment among our internal stakeholders regarding customer communications, ensuring that changes to processes and procedures are communicated effectively
  • Guarantee compliance with quality procedures during the delivery process
  • Other projects or duties as assigned
