About The Position

The Part-Time Customer Service Coordinator handles inbound calls during evening and weekend hours, providing account assistance, troubleshooting support, and customer guidance.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound calls promptly.
  • Provide accurate customer information.
  • Assist with navigation of online banking.
  • Process account inquiries.
  • Handle PIN/password reset tickets.
  • Recommend applicable bank services.
  • Stop Payments and ACH disputes
  • Assisting with Zelle transaction release and account suspensions
  • Debt card research, transactional inquiries and activation
  • Assist internal department with customer’s research, verifications and follow-ups
