About The Position

The Customer Service Coordinator at Total Water Treatment Systems Inc. is responsible for coordinating all aspects of service and installation in the Madison, WI office. Requirements

  • Experience as a scheduler, coordinator, or in customer service center/account management.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Understanding and prior experience using a database.
  • Good typing skills.
  • Accounting and billing experience is helpful.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Scheduling installations, service, delivery, and sales appointments.
  • Answering customer phone calls and directing them accordingly.
  • Assisting customers with service and delivery questions via phone, email, and in person if needed.
  • Collaborating with the sales team, technicians, and customers through phone and email communications.
  • Scheduling technicians, collecting and preparing necessary paperwork, and determining equipment needs and availability.
  • Updating completed work in the computer database for billing and preparing reports as needed.
