About The Position

The Customer Service Coordinator II is responsible for delivering high-quality customer support by managing inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring accurate and timely communication across internal teams and external customers. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to meeting defined service level agreements. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, adaptability, and strong collaboration skills while supporting a diverse customer base across multiple markets and segments.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in customer service and data entry roles
  • Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy in order entry and updates
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • SAP experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries, including quotations, orders, complaints, and general information requests via phone and email
  • Enter and maintain customer orders and quotes, ensuring accuracy throughout the order lifecycle, including updates and changes as needed
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions, including issues, resolutions, and follow-up actions
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Technical Support, Product Line Management, and Data Management teams to resolve customer requests efficiently
  • Demonstrate flexibility in supporting various customers, markets, and business segments
  • Uphold professionalism while meeting strict service level agreements
