Requirements

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Customer service, call center, or administrative support experience preferred
  • Strong phone, keyboarding, and Microsoft Office skills
  • Solutions-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and punctual
  • Professional, friendly, and positive approach to internal customers
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional support via phone, email, and Teams
  • Facilitate communication between departments to resolve inquiries quickly
  • Schedule and manage conference rooms and setup requests
