About The Position

Advantage Technical is seeking a Customer Service Specialist for our client in Bedford, MA! This position is a 6-month temporary contract with the possibility of extension. The role is located at 180 Hartwell Road Bedford, MA 01730-2443 and offers a first shift opportunity with hybrid work from home on Monday and Friday. The pay rate for this position ranges from $23 to $25 per hour.

Responsibilities

  • Perform data entry to key in invoices.
  • Accurately input, update, and maintain data in SAP and other relevant systems.
  • Verify and cross-check data for consistency and accuracy.
  • Communicate with customers.
  • Respond to all incoming customer phone calls, fax, and email orders and inquiries.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for the customer and escalate customer's issues to team management, as necessary.
  • Prepare customer quotations for products based on pre-established pricing guidelines.
  • Work with logistics team to coordinate shipping for returns or replacements, ensuring inventory adjustments and credits are processed accurately, in accordance with department procedures.
  • Research and resolve invoice discrepancies reported to Credit and Collections team. Process credit and/or debit memos in accordance with departmental procedures.
