You’ll help drive service excellence, support our front-end team, and play an important role in making Meijer a place where customers love to shop. What You’ll Do Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and thanking customers throughout the checkout process. Support and guide cashiers to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly transactions. Troubleshoot front-end issues such as payment, pricing, or product questions. Build rapport with customers and respond quickly to their needs or concerns. Use technology to complete tasks efficiently and accurately. Promote a clean, organized, and welcoming checkout environment. Collaborate with leaders to enhance service operations and customer satisfaction. What You’ll Bring 18 years of age or older. Strong communication and listening skills, both in-person and virtual. Friendly, outgoing attitude and a passion for helping others. Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable using digital tools. Requirements

18 years of age or older.
