About The Position

TEKsystems is partnering with a leading banking organization to hire Banking Consultants to support multiple branch locations across Maui, including Kahana, Lahaina, Kahului, Wailuku, Kihei, and Pukalani. As a Banking Consultant, you will serve as the face of the branch, providing exceptional service while supporting customers with a wide range of financial needs—from basic transactions to more complex banking solutions. Requirements

• Associate’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent work experience or High school diploma (or equivalent) with at least 2 years of experience in a sales and service environment
• 2+ years of cash-handling experience required
• 2+ years of experience in customer service or sales
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Welcoming, professional presence when interacting with customers
• Digitally savvy and comfortable using digital banking technology
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through
• Agile, resourceful, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Positive attitude, growth mindset, and quick learner
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to handle confidential matters
• Must be able to work in person Monday through Friday during branch hours
• Must be able to work a rotational Saturday schedule as required

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships
• Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a working knowledge of banking products and services
• Assist customers with account needs, referrals, and sales opportunities
• Utilize digital banking tools to support day-to-day customer needs
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards
• Contribute to a positive team environment while supporting branch goals
