Caliber Collision has an immediate job opening for a Customer Service Consultant at their Service Center in Naples. This role involves a variety of duties including properly greeting customers in person or on the phone, determining their needs, and immediately responding by providing guidance and assistance. The consultant will also assist Collision Estimators by handling vehicle drop-offs, mapping/marking and photographing vehicles, arranging customer transportation, preparing paperwork, and performing active customer deliveries. Effective communication with customers, clients, teammates, and vendors is essential to ensure correct and efficient repairs, while adhering to all Caliber’s Standard Operating Procedures, insurance partner guidelines, and industry standards.
