About The Position

The Customer Service Consultant at Caliber Collision is responsible for providing exceptional customer service throughout the repair process, both in-person and over the phone. This role involves administrative support for daily operations, ensuring customer needs are met efficiently and effectively while adhering to company guidelines.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Valid driver's license and eligibility for coverage under company insurance policy.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Sales orientation and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers in person or on the phone and determine their needs.
  • Handle walk-in customer pay estimates and adjusted claim estimates.
  • Prepare estimates, capture repairs, pre-order parts, or schedule repairs as needed.
  • Follow up on non-captured repairs.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, clients, teammates, and vendors to ensure correct repairs.
  • Assist Service Advisors with drop-offs, vehicle mapping, and customer transportation arrangements.
  • Utilize computer programs related to customer service and repair management.
