This remote position requires candidates to live within 60 minutes of our office located at 6277 Sea Harbor Drive, Orlando, FL. Our Vacation Ownership business line includes well-known brands such as Club Wyndham, WorldMark by Wyndham, Margaritaville Vacation Club, Accor Vacation Club, and the new Sports Illustrated Resorts. In this role, you will utilize a soft collections approach to effectively influence customers towards a win-win resolution. Your primary responsibilities will include contacting debtors through both incoming and outgoing calls to negotiate and collect past due payments. You will need to analyze situations to determine the best course of action while adhering to business practices, policies, and relevant State and Federal Laws. This position requires a competitive nature and the ability to remain focused in a goal-oriented atmosphere. Excellent listening skills are essential, as you will need to understand and evaluate customer needs quickly, offering alternatives that lead to successful outcomes. As a Customer Service Collector, you will be expected to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times, as our customers are our top priority. Strong telephone and communication skills are crucial in a call center environment, and you must be self-driven, capable of working independently, and managing your own performance. This position will start as an at-home role, with the possibility of transitioning to an in-office position based on business needs or individual performance.
