Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
  • Confident using video conferencing and digital tools
  • Genuine passion for helping others and contributing to a service-focused mission
  • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States and have a reliable internet connection and a Windows-based laptop or PC with webcam access.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients via Zoom
  • Help individuals and families understand available coverage options
  • Guide clients through the onboarding and enrollment process
  • Maintain accurate digital records and provide a client-first service experience
  • Collaborate with mentors and team members during training and development sessions
  • Build long-term client relationships through consistent communication and support
