About The Position

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • One year of customer service or call center experience.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Detail-oriented with good multitasking abilities.
  • Computer skills necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Answer calls in the Service Response Center courteously and expediently.
  • Dispatch calls to the appropriate service or staff member.
  • Assist with prioritizing daily assignments as directed by the department manager or director.
  • File and organize charts accurately.
  • Prepare daily reports and communicate any variances.
  • Assist with follow-up on patient meals.
  • Transfer calls to appropriate personnel and record messages as per guidelines.
  • Understand the scope of all departments' services to respond effectively to requests.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by department leadership.
