Requirements

  • Previous customer service, clerical, or administrative experience (preferred but not required)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison between customer accounts and the company
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person
  • Provide detailed information about products, services, policies, and procedures
  • Resolve customer complaints, concerns, or service issues with accuracy and efficiency
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate departments when necessary
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
  • Process orders, returns, exchanges, or account updates as required
  • Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
  • Adhere to company standards, service-level agreements (SLAs), and confidentiality requirements
  • Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to enhance customer satisfaction
