Responsibilities

• Assist customers in their shopping experience by providing efficient and courteous service.
• Implement and uphold Cosentino Customer Service Standards.
• Ensure team members have necessary information to perform their roles effectively.
• Maintain knowledge of products to accurately answer customer questions.
• Operate, clean, and maintain equipment safely and competently.
• Meet or exceed productivity standards for team and individual results.
• Keep the front end clean and professional in appearance for customers.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and price adjustments efficiently and courteously.
• Monitor front end activity and make adjustments to accommodate customer needs.
• Provide assistance to cashiers during customer transactions as needed.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and involve management when appropriate.
• Comply with health regulations, sanitation guidelines, and safety procedures.
• Know and comply with governmental regulations regarding weights and measures, alcohol and tobacco sales, and food assistance programs.
