Pay Range: $18.00 - $19.25 The pay range is based on consideration of criteria such as required qualifications, experience, education and skills. Position Summary: As a Customer Service Representative with Marquette Bank, you will be one of our customers’ most valuable resources. You will answer questions, address customer problems, and identify opportunities to cross-sell additional services. You will open new retail accounts, take consumer and small business loan applications, and applications for insurance and investments. You will have extensive contact with customers and potential customers requiring tact and judgment to handle sensitive issues as well as sales opportunities.
