About The Position

Need 2 Speed, Reno's premier indoor kart racing track, is hiring cashiers and pit crew team members. We are seeking outgoing and reliable individuals to join our fun environment. The positions involve customer service, cashiering, and ensuring safety on the track while providing an enjoyable experience for our guests.

Requirements

• Friendly, outgoing personality
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 18 years or older
• Basic computer skills
• Self-starter who can work with minimal direct supervision
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Must be able to work efficiently in a high-pace environment and maintain a positive attitude
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, lift, reach, kneel, squat, and twist for the duration of the shift, walking up to 5 miles during an 8-hour shift
• Simple/power grasping as well as repetitive use of the hands and fine hand manipulation are required to complete essential functions.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with registration
• Cashiering and race assignment
• Answer phones and assist with group event bookings
• Clean and keep front area tidy
• Assist with groups and special events
• Other tasks and functions as directed by management
• Provide safety briefing to customers
• Assist with helmets and seatbelts as necessary
• Manage race control to maintain track safety
• Prep karts between heats - requires physical labor
• Clean and keep pit area tidy
