Requirements

  • Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate effectively in English.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience (call center experience preferred).
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, email, and data entry systems.
  • Strong typing and 10‑key skills.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual In English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to high‑volume inbound calls and in‑person inquiries regarding service requests, account changes, and general customer needs.
  • Interview customers and accurately enter information into multiple computer systems.
  • Provide clear, professional communication to resolve service issues, answer questions, and promote goodwill.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to resolve customer disputes and ensure service accuracy.
  • Process orders for service installation, changes, discontinuation, and turn‑ons.
  • Complete contract forms, determine service charges, collect deposits, and issue change‑of‑address or discontinuance orders.
  • Perform data entry across multiple platforms with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Maintain organized files, documents, and customer records.
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks in coordination with the accounting team.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in MS Word, Excel, email, and proprietary operational systems.
  • Provide Scale House lunch coverage two times per month (Saturday or Sunday).
  • Identify customer needs and recommend new or additional services.
  • Deliver service in a manner that supports customer satisfaction and company reputation.
