The Marina Coast Water District is looking for a Customer Service/Billing Technician I/II to join their team. The Customer Service Representative I is the entry level in this series, where incumbents will learn the District's customer service and billing systems, operations, practices, and procedures. As experience is gained, assignments become more varied and are performed with greater independence. The Customer Service Representative II is the experienced level in this class series, where employees receive occasional instruction or assistance and may provide team leadership, training, and work review for entry-level staff.
