Ozark Chevrolet is one of the largest Chevrolet dealerships in Missouri, proudly serving Ozark and the greater Springfield area with award-winning sales and service. Pay & Benefits Expected annual salary is between $40,000 – $50,000 Performance bonuses and incentive opportunities Full benefits package, including Health, Dental, Vision, 401(k), and Paid Time Off Ongoing training and development to support your success Employee discounts on vehicles, service, and parts A supportive, team-oriented environment with long-term career growth opportunities Must submit drug test and background check What You’ll Do Handle inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, texts, and online leads in a professional, friendly manner Manage customer inquiries regarding sales, service, and vehicle availability Assist in scheduling service appointments and coordinate with the dealership service team Support dealership marketing campaigns, online reviews, and customer satisfaction follow-ups Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to drive retention and loyalty Work closely with the sales and service departments to ensure a seamless customer experience What We’re Looking For Previous customer service, call center, or automotive BDC representative experience (dealership background is a plus) Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills (both verbal and written) Strong computer and CRM skills (Microsoft Office, call tracking, scheduling software, etc.) Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment A positive attitude, professional appearance, and dependable attendance High energy, attention to detail, and a true passion for helping people Equal Opportunity Employer Ozark Chevrolet prohibits discrimination and harassment of any kind. Requirements

  • Previous customer service, call center, or automotive BDC representative experience (dealership background is a plus)
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills (both verbal and written)
