About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Attendant for our parking facility. This role is pivotal in ensuring a smooth parking experience for all our customers. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment and delivering exceptional customer service.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to handle cash and perform accurate transactions.
  • Basic computer skills for handling digital payment systems.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers upon entry to the parking facility.
  • Provide information on parking rates, availability, and policies.
  • Process customer transactions, including payments and issuing tickets.
  • Monitor parking lot occupancy and direct customers to available spaces.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of payment areas and surrounding facilities.
