About The Position

Customer Service Associate Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Process large bulk container orders including shipping paperwork and details Deliver exceptional customer service and sales support via phone, email, online chat, & social media Receive and answer customer inquiries and concerns, including requests for product information, order tracking, issue resolution, and general information Resolve post-order issues such as returns, replacements, delivery status and back orders Partner with operations daily Proactively provide solutions

Requirements

  • Must have 1-3 years of experience in the furniture industry
  • Have excellent listening and communication skills
  • Have the ability to clearly speak and be understood on the phone
  • Demonstrate the ability to multi-task skills to enter accurate data and type while speaking with customers
  • Remain calm and able to work under pressure when busy and help other team members
  • Self-manage daily tasks and workload
  • Show a high level of personal organizational skills
  • Creative aptitude and vision to recognize, understand and respond to the needs of customers
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Experience in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Working knowledge of website navigation

Nice To Haves

  • 3+ years in customer service with furniture and Operations is a plus
  • Container Customer Service and/or Logistics experience is a plus
  • Furniture or Furniture parts experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Prioritize inquiries based on level of urgency, identifying matters that require an immediate response
  • Other job duties as assigned by management
