Customer Service Associate Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Process large bulk container orders including shipping paperwork and details Deliver exceptional customer service and sales support via phone, email, online chat, & social media Receive and answer customer inquiries and concerns, including requests for product information, order tracking, issue resolution, and general information Resolve post-order issues such as returns, replacements, delivery status and back orders Partner with operations daily Proactively provide solutions
