Understanding the functions of a POS system and knowledge of golf equipment will be required. Requirements

  • 2 years of customer service
  • A love for and experience in the game of golf
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including weekends and evenings.

Nice To Haves

  • Customer service experience in the golf industry
  • Above average knowledge of golf equipment and technology

Responsibilities

  • Greeting and building rapport with golfers
  • Assist guests in finishing their checkout process
  • Appraise and buy-in merchandise
  • Manage a point-of-sale computer throughout the day
  • Answering customer questions in person and over the phone
