We are seeking a Customer Service Associate to provide exceptional service to our customers and support our dynamic Marketing and eCommerce team. This role is crucial in maintaining our reputation for outstanding customer service. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers who shop Runnings.com, handling inquiries, concerns, returns, and exchanges via email and phone. You will help create and edit content for our website to improve the customer experience. Additionally, you'll play a vital role in supporting our marketing efforts through projects such as coordinating community support requests. Pay Range: $17.00-$23.00 Depending on experience.
