Call Center Professional → Licensed Insurance Career Paid Training | $18/hr | $23.50/hr once licensed Qualfon is hiring experienced Call Center Professionals ready to build a long-term insurance career. Start with our paid Pre-Licensing Training Program and earn your Personal Lines or Property & Casualty Insurance License. After passing the state exam, move into a full-time Licensed Insurance Professional role with higher pay. Responsibilities
- Support customers by phone and email with quotes, new policies, billing inquiries, underwriting questions, and policy changes.
- Process insurance transactions such as endorsements, cancellations, and coverage updates while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
- Provide great service (no cold calling)
