About The Position

A leading distributor of factory automation components is looking for Customer Service Associate. The Customer Service Associate is an entry-level role designed to provide a foundation in ERP operations, quoting, order processing, and customer service professionalism. In this position, you will be expected to: • Build a strong foundation during the learning and development phase to support customer and company needs. • Learn and accurately operate the company’s ERP system, understanding its processes and flows. • Follow established processes, procedures, and rules to ensure stable execution of core tasks such as quoting and order processing. • Develop professionalism, including workplace conduct and customer-facing manners. • Handle straightforward cases accurately while gaining an understanding of internal workflows. • Become a reliable point of contact by providing accurate, timely, and professional support to customers.
