Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person. Schedule pest control services and coordinate appointments with customers. Provide information about our pest control services, pricing, and procedures. Address customer concerns or issues with empathy and professionalism. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. Collaborate with the pest control team to ensure efficient service delivery. Upsell additional services or products based on customer needs. Stay informed about pest control industry trends and company offerings.
