About The Position

The Customer Service Associate is responsible for delivering products to customers from Sherwin-Williams branches using Company vans or pick-up trucks. The role involves ensuring deliveries are complete, packed correctly, and safely delivered to the correct customer. Additionally, the Customer Service Associate is responsible for receiving and preparing orders, safely moving and loading products, providing customer service, monitoring inventory, and operating color retrieval and paint mixing machine equipment as needed. This is a part-time position located at Automotive Branch #9108 in Richmond, VA, with a work schedule aligning with the branch's hours of operation, Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

Responsibilities

  • Delivering products to customers from Sherwin-Williams branches using Company vans or pick-up trucks
  • Ensuring deliveries are complete, packed correctly, and safely delivered to the correct customer
