About The Position

Hillsboro Industries, a leader in Truck Bed & Aluminum Trailer Design and Manufacturing, is looking for a reliable and self-driven individual to join our Dealer Services Team. The successful applicant will be responsible for an array of tasks associated with servicing the day-to-day needs of our national dealer network. Dealer Services Tasks Service the day-to-day needs of our dealers throughout the U.S. and Canada Assist dealers with orders and input to production management software with accuracy and efficiency Proactively communicate with dealers on order status Facilitate and coordinate pick up of finished goods within 2 weeks of completion Coordinate referrals of potential customer inquiries (phone and electronic) to appropriate dealers Technology Skills Accurate entry of all sales orders into ERP software (Syteline) Ability to manage multi-line phone system and answer, screen, and forward calls as necessary Utilize CRM to maintain, update, and input vital dealer information; ensuring contact information is always current and accurate Qualifications and Education Requirements 3+ years of customer-interaction experience High school or diploma or equivalent required High capability to multi-task despite frequent interruption and ability to resume task at hand Ability to effectively manage time-critical deadlines Service orientation, actively looks for ways to assist external and internal customers Active listening skills are a must The standard work hours for this position are Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of customer-interaction experience
  • High school or diploma or equivalent required
  • High capability to multi-task despite frequent interruption and ability to resume task at hand
  • Ability to effectively manage time-critical deadlines
  • Service orientation, actively looks for ways to assist external and internal customers
  • Active listening skills are a must

Responsibilities
