About The Position

Are you a people-person who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being the go-to problem solver? We’re looking for a Customer Support Associate to be the friendly voice of our company and a key connection between our customers and sales team. In this role, you’ll handle incoming calls, support showroom activity, coordinate with sales staff, and help ensure our customers have a smooth and positive experience from start to finish.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office and Google tools

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with IBM AS400
  • Prior call center or customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Answer and manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a professional, timely manner
  • Accurately enter and track calls and customer interactions in our system
  • Serve as a liaison between customers and the sales team
  • Resolve customer service issues independently and efficiently
  • Follow up on internet leads and installations
  • Schedule deliveries and coordinate with customers
  • Process customer payments
  • Complete reports and other assigned administrative tasks
