About The Position

The Customer Services Associate Fiscal Support Specialist is responsible for maintaining the Parking Office along with providing excellent customer service. The Fiscal Support Specialist must provide accurate information while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor. The Fiscal Support Specialist must be knowledgeable and educated in all fields of the Parking Department and be able to assist customers with all aspects of parking on the UAMS Campus. MUST BE ACIC/NCIS CERTIFIED (within 6 months of hire) --- VALID DRIVERS LICENSE REQUIRED The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) has a unique combination of education, research, and clinical programs that encourages and supports teamwork and diversity.
