Customer Service Associate - Mankato, MN - (Part-Time)
About The Position
This position is responsible for fast, friendly, and accurate transactions at the point of sale, providing a positive customer experience to Goodwill customers. It involves stocking and maintaining merchandising standards on the sales floor while ensuring a clean and safe environment. The role promotes and adheres to Goodwill-Easter Seals mission and values. A Customer Service Associate is expected to create a high level of customer service, follow policies and procedures, execute directives in a timely manner, provide a work environment to train and develop participants, and contribute to a safe, welcoming environment for employees and customers.
Requirements
- Ability to effectively communicate with supervisors, employees and customers
