About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and customer‑focused Customer Service Representative to join our call center team in Stuart, FL. This role is focused on handling inbound phone calls, assisting customers with product questions and equipment repair inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
  • Comfortable navigating computer systems while on calls
  • Dependable, punctual, and detail‑oriented

Responsibilities

  • Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls in a call center environment
  • Respond to inquiries regarding products, services, and equipment repairs
  • Troubleshoot basic issues and route complex concerns to the appropriate department
  • Accurately document customer interactions and service requests
  • Maintain professionalism and quality standards on every call
